This is the Notion version of the AI on Monday Morning workshop, a method by Makia Labs. It mirrors the Miro board one-for-one.

Use Miro when the group is in a room together and needs to move things around. Use this page when the session is remote, when people contribute at different times, or when you want a written record you can send to a manager afterwards. How this runs

The five phases are the Monday Loop: Mind Mapping, Activate Creativity, Kickstart Prototyping, Iterate with Intention, Adopt Systems. Every format runs all five. A short session runs them shallow. It never skips one.

The five dimensions are MAKIA: Meaning, Actors, Knowledge, Impact, Alignment. Every decision gets tested against all five.

Two rules that make or break the session

Silent write first. Everyone writes alone before anyone speaks. The first person to talk otherwise sets the answer for the whole room. In Notion this is easy to enforce: give people three minutes to type into the tables below before anyone opens their microphone.

Converge before moving on. Every phase ends by dropping something. Keeping everything is not a decision.

0. Before you start — 5 minutes

Everyone answers alone, before phase 1 begins. This is the reality every later decision gets tested against. Skip it and the group will invent use cases instead of choosing one.
